Article reviewWhen initially reading the Article I thought that It was very true and that I was able to relate to it. This is because I have the same feeling of when you can take photos of everything there is nothing to photograph "It's so difficult because it's everywhere". This chances from time to time as sometimes there is just nothing to photograph that fits in my style and sometimes there is so much that I can comprehend any of it and I just walk past. However I find by best photos come from when I go out not with the intention of taking photos of anything an I'm not constantly thinking "I need a good photo" they flow more naturally and I find them much easier to see and photograph.

Me and Joel spent a couple of hours in the dark room printing some out our black and whit photos onto photo-sensitive paper, I used paper that I coated in emulsions and a tile that that I painted with emulsion. The developing the photos I found that the hardest thing to do was to get the exposure right especially as it would depend on things even like the size of the paper and how long you left it in the first solution.
1) Put your negative into the enlarger and using the gear to change the height and focus to adjust the projection to fit your paper. 2) once you have got the measurements right and established how long you want the photo to develop for you put it in on the timer remove the red filter click start and the let it go. 3) put the photo in the first solution for 1-2 minute to develop it the second to stop it for 30 seconds and the last to completely freeze it the longer you leave it the better then put in In the constant running water to wash off all access chemicals. |
